The Day Awards celebrate the best books, movies, TV series, games, computer-assisted tools and more in the translation industry. The Awards mark each year a special date, International Translation Day, which falls on the 30th September.
These are the winners in the Day Awards External Categories from 2019, the year when the Awards started, up to 2022.

- Best CAT Tool 2019, winner TRADOS;
- Best Translation Management System 2019, winner SDL WorldServer;
- Best Subtitles for Non-English Film 2019, winner Atlantics by Mati Diop;
- Best Localized Game 2019, winner Resident Evil 2 Remake;
- Best Translated Book 2019, winner Will and Testament by Vigdis Hjorth.
The featured international artists were: Kiki, Damiano Della Torre and Houda El Mokhtari.
